Honestly, I have no idea why I started this journey. As a recent resident to San Francisco, I could be spending my time exploring the city, social climbing and looking for love.
Day 1. September 30th –
I decided to start on a Wednesday, that is always my best days. Something about the week being half way over is always nice, and plus this way i’ll be able to celebrate Halloween (the best & only real holiday) ALL weekend.
Today I ate:
- Cheerios & a nanner
- Lunch – YIKES – 3 pieces of VERY gluten-full bread, SALTY ASS minestrone soup, an apple, some beans for an afternoon snack.
- Dinner – Post yoga – Rice & vegetable egg scramble.
I felt like I was going to die. I was close to the door, I had to keep telling myself – Just do it. I did every pose, but the class felt like an 5 hours long. I began self-doubt. I asked myself if it was really worth it. At the end, I did it, I got all the way through.
I BLAME GLUTEN! NEVER AGAIN ON A BIKRAM DAY!
Silly thing I did: Washed my face with conditioner on accident.
