I woke up at 5:00 AM on a work day because I wanted too. I  wanted too because I felt like it. I felt like it because I know what is good for me. I was sore because I had only 12 hours from my last class. But this class was just an hour long so I pushed myself to the limits. My standing poses weren’t on point, my standing bow fell out on my left but was able to stay in standing head to knee. During rabbit pose I will no longer be using the matt to hold my heals as it is much easier to hold and grip to really get into a deeper stretch.

I will be going to this class every Tuesday & Thursday – 200 squats & sits Ups in the evening!

Today I ate:

  • 1 Hard boiled egg
  • 1/4 cup granola, 1/2 cup organic yogurt and a plum
  • Nectarine
  • 1 cup home made fried rice with 1 egg
  • Organic Spinach Cheese Raviolis

The Funny:

I got on the wrong bus and overshot my house by 1.6 miles, I got the pleasure of walking after work through out Presidio Heights. Overlooking the lake, the Bay amongst some of the oldest and most beautiful mansions in the City. It was  an AMAZING way to rewind my day.
