DAY 6: “I HOPE I CAN BE LIKE YOU”

Today before class I met a woman, she was beautiful with clear skin and perfect poise. We got to talking about the 30-day challenge though she has never done it before she has been practicing since 2002. Attending class 3 times per week for 13 years. When she told me this, I sighed that I hoped I could be like her. Granted she probably skipped a few weeks or classes she could hit every pose without fail.

I went into class with the intention to do every pose and I did, all of the standing poses without falling. I found the spot furthest from the door in the front corner is where I will continue my practice. It is undisturbed with no one blocking my window. I have really been focusing on my half moon pose and have been getting results, my backbend needs the most work.

Today I ate:

  • Gluten Free Cinamon toast
  • tangerine
  • 3 Cups of tea with lemon & ginger
  • Chicken & tai noodles
  • 1 cup of trail mix nuts
  • 1 cup home made fried rice with 2 eggs

Funny thing:

I wiped my face with a towel and a buger must have come out. When I went to wipe my face again it had come off and was now on my face. As a came to face the mirror after slavasana I see a big white buger on my forehead, I was absolutely mortified but also couldn’t help but laugh
